Emily’s Notes

This edible peanut butter playdough has saved more than one rainy afternoon in our house. It’s one of those simple activities that keeps little hands busy, sparks creativity, and has the added bonus of being completely safe if a little taste happens along the way.

I love finding activities that don’t require a long shopping list or hours of preparation. With just a few pantry ingredients, you can create something that’s fun to play with and makes an ordinary afternoon feel a little more special.

Whether we’re making animals, tiny pretend pretzels, or simply rolling and shaping the dough together, this activity always seems to bring plenty of smiles and laughter. And yes… someone usually ends up nibbling on their masterpiece before we’re finished!

If you’re looking for an easy rainy-day activity, a boredom buster during school holidays, or just a fun way to spend time together in the kitchen, I hope your family enjoys this edible playdough as much as ours does.
