What the Moon Taught Me About Change

What the Moon Taught Me About Change
The other night, I noticed a glow coming through our balcony doors. Curious, I went to see what was creating such a beautiful light.
I was greeted by a huge, glowing full moon.
As I sat on the balcony taking in its beauty, I found myself thinking about the incredible rhythm of the moon. Every day, it moves through its phases — changing, growing, and becoming something new — all while following a steady pattern that has existed for generations.
The moon doesn’t stop because someone is having a hard day. It doesn’t shine less because the rain is falling. It doesn’t change its course because life feels uncertain.
It simply continues.
On a difficult day, the moon is still there.
On a joyful day, the moon is still there.
No matter what is happening around it, it remains constant.
Maybe there is something we can learn from that.
Life will have beautiful moments and difficult ones. Seasons will change. Plans will shift. But just like the moon, we can keep moving forward — trusting that change is part of the journey and that tomorrow will bring a new phase.

Pause & Reflect
What season of life are you in right now, and how might it be preparing you for what comes next?
I’d love to hear your thoughts.
