Ingredients
Method
- Coat paneer lightly with salt, pepper, and flour/cornstarch.
- Pan-fry in oil until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté sliced onions until soft and lightly golden.
- Add paneer back into the pan and toss with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.

- Warm tortillas slightly to make them easier to roll.
- Assemble wraps with lettuce, BBQ paneer, sautéed onions, and any extra veggies or sauces.

- Roll tightly into wraps.
- Place wraps in the air fryer and cook for a few minutes until the outside is crispy and golden, and everything inside is heated through.
Notes
Tips for Best Results
- Don’t skip the air fryer step — it’s what makes the wrap crispy and “set”
- Seal wraps tightly so they don’t open while crisping
- Lightly brush or spray with oil before air frying for extra crunch
- Add BBQ sauce after frying paneer so it stays crispy
- Don’t overfill wraps or they’ll burst in the air fryer
Storage
- Best eaten fresh and hot for maximum crunch
- Store components separately if meal prepping
- Reheat paneer in a pan or air fryer before assembling again
- Always air fry just before serving for best texture
